The MP for Montmagny–L’Islet–Kamouraska–Rivière-du-Loup, Bernard Généreux, is pleased to announce that Annie Lavoie has been hired as a communications assistant.

Annie Lavoie has nearly 15 years of experience working in communications. She worked as a communications and marketing advisor for Promotion Kamouraska and spent a number of years working for regional media, as well.

“Her varied experience in the world of communications and her adaptability make Annie Lavoie a great fit for our team,” said MP Bernard Généreux. “We would like to welcome her to the team and wish her great success in her new role, as we ramp up for the election campaign.”

“Joining Mr. Généreux’s dynamic, professional team was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up,” said Annie Lavoie. “I see it as another way I can promote our region, and I am looking forward to my new role.”

Annie Lavoie started in her new position on May 21, 2019, and will be replacing Mireille Soucy, who will be taking maternity leave beginning in July.
