Bernard Généreux, the Member for Montmagny ― L’Islet ― Kamouraska ― Rivière-du-Loup and his team travelled to meet with people as part of another series of passport clinics that took place between Thursday, April 25. and Saturday, April 27. This event helps people with the passport application process, and more than 350 forms were completed in three days.
In addition to finding an on-site photographer, some 20 volunteers helped applicants complete their forms. The MP’s office then sends the applications to Passport Canada, ensuring, of course, that they are duly completed.
“I am always happy to attend these clinics, meet the people in my riding and see their satisfaction with this service. It encourages me to continue to develop new ideas to make life easier for them. Over time, this clinic has become a not-to-be-missed event,” said Bernard Généreux.
In addition to the fall and spring clinics, this service is also available at all times at the two offices in the riding, in Rivière-du-Loup and Montmagny. However, we recommend making an appointment.
The clinics were held in Rivière-du-Loup, Sainte-Perpétue and Montmagny, and they will surely be back next fall.
